Position Description
Performs coordinative work in the business or administrative operation of a specific department or college. Responsibilities involve the coordination and supervision of the various functions and aspects of a department as well as the monitoring operational procedures. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. May supervise staff or student assistants.

Major/Essential Functions
Regulary updates all employee time sheets, including time accured used and current balances, Collet , scrrens and schedules all job applications for interviews . Attends interviews to provide and HR knowledge base for answers to applicant quesitons . Ensure all E-Paf's are accurately completed for review and timely submission. Updates and processes job requistions, PDQ , and Job descriptions. Generates employee ID cards peridocially reviews personnel records to ensure compliance with TTUHSC policy. Cross trains to perform all PSS duties. ACA Unit Coordinator .

Preferred Qualifications
One year customer service, office or related experience required. Additional educaiton may substitute for the experience requirement. Payroll experience  preferred. 4 years clerical experience .
